Buyers in Arvada, if you where looking for a great investment, real estate is still the way to go.

Do you know is you purchase a home in July 2019, the average price in Avada was $529,900, In 2020 the average house was $625,000 and 2021 it went up to $628,000 and now the average house in July 2022 is $722,500.

That is better then what you could of got from the stock market and look at the rent you would of saved and the tax deduction on interest you would of got.
