Many agents that come to me for SEO advice roll their eyes when I tell them they should start blogging. They don't have the time or energy to come up with original content.
Nonsense!
Realtors, especially listing Realtors, have some of the most sought after content on the internet: information about their listings. I try to get them to use a blog to write up each and every listing. A typical listing article would contain:
1.) Picture, price, address, and description of the house.
2.) Links to google/yahoo maps.
3.) Links to addtional websites for more information.
4.) A method for contacting you, the agent.
