Michael Jacobs - They wrote excellent articles packed with education about home maintenance found in their reports and some startling issues of concern in the most humorous or informative way to keep us engaged. I miss those types of blog posts.

Honestly, I think I speak on behalf of the entire AR Community that we would love to read more from you. What you brought to the table for the Real Estate Community was manna, an unexpected or gratuitous benefit for those in the industry and to public! 

I began blogging here on ActiveRain in the Fall of 2010 and I do remember you and your amazing blog posts. Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS spoke highly of you in his comment and I am very grateful you read my post today. If you would consider coming back to teach us more, I know I for one would be very appreciative. I feel confident that Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist is one of many who would agree. Your writing is exactly what this platform needs today more than ever. 

Stories you wrote, like "When the cat wants out, the cat wants out," never goes out of style! I thirst for knowledge and creative writing and you, Mr. Charles Buell are a Master of Home Inspections and creative writing!

I think it is wonderful that Charles Buell stopped by and left a comment too. As far as I am concerned you are both an AR Gift! I know I can't be the only one who misses Home Inspector blog posts because their stories give meaning to what this Industry is all about!

Dorie, we have got to support our Home Inspectors more and show our appreciation. I just had to do it!

Kat Palmiotti - We need to hear from Home Inspectors! They are such an integral part of our business. I can think of no better person (or people) to build solid relationships with than Home Inspectors who do so much and have an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise. 

Brian England - your comment was PERFECT! I feel exactly the same way! Nobody can breath life back to an old home or raise awareness regardless of age of a property better than an exceptional Home Inspector who speaks in layman's terms so eloquently and calmly too! Real Estate would not be as successful to agents without them.
