8 TIPS To Sell Your House FAST

1. Price It Out to Sell

Overpricing will result in a longer time on the market. Sometimes you may price your property lower than comparable properties in the region to attract more attention and start a bidding battle. 3. Hire a professional photographer

It may seem faster (and cheaper) to snap a few pictures of your house on your phone, but poor listing photos could make your home sit on the market longer.

The cost of professional real estate photographs is generally between $200 and $500, and if you work with a full-service real estate agent, they may include the pictures as part of their services.

Make sure your home has enough light before the photographs begin. Replace old lightbulbs or update fixtures, and allow in as much natural light as possible. This is also a good practice for making appointments!

4. Write a great listing description

You should make a listing description that will assist you sell your house faster once you've decided on a selling price and have completed the necessary repairs. If you're selling on your own, this is especially crucial. Create curb appeal

The first impression potential buyers will get of your home is its exterior, so it's critical that it exudes warmth, welcomes visitors, and appears well-maintained and clean. You have provided excellent information for home sellers, Peter. Our market is changing so the you #1 tip is very important. Sellers need to understand that an overpriced house will sit on the market and buyers will pass on that house unless the seller becomes more realistic.

that's correct, house priced too high will sit on the market for 2-3 months and potential clients will think that smth is wrong with it ("Why didn;t sell"). It's all about a first appearance like on a first date 😋😬😀

YES! we are in a downswing, however, I'm one of the believers in some states the houses are still underpriced. This is what I told my friend who I was helping to buy a house over a year ago in Chicago. He made a good decision buying a duplex. He just made 20% in equity (his downpayment was paid off) for just doing nothing 😀🙃😎
