Average days on market increased to 12 days from eight days compared with the same quarter one year ago. Median days on market were just two days in the second quarter.
Home sellers received an average of 106.6% of their asking price during the Second Quarter 2022. Just one home of the 17 that sold received less than 100% of asking price in final sale price during the Second Quarter 2022. The median list to sale price ratio was 107.9%.
Median and average list and sale prices for Palisades homes significantly increased in Quarter 2 - 2022 compared with 2021..Both metrics are at record highs for The Palisades. Average sale prices in the second quarter increased 30.41% to $625,761 year-over-year. Median sale price in the second quarter was $630,500, an increase of 45.98% year-over-year. Home sale prices in the Second Quarter 2022 ranged from a low of $398,900 to a high of $750,000.
