Uh huh, I did it again. Earned a fifth Level II Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. Time Management and Productivity this time. And WOW, the books were AMAZING. Expect to see reviews of all of them in the coming weeks: Daniel Levitin's The Organized Mind, James Clear's Atomic Habits, Nir Eyal's Eyal, Nir Indistractable, and Casey Moore's The Productivity Chain.

Laura Cerrano OHMIGOSH, apologies that I missed this question so long ago - major overhaul vs. subtle, honestly the same techniques apply: (1) one small portion of the work at a time, either by limiting the effort to a finite timespan or just one kind of thing or so many inches or feet; (2) one decision at a time, just about the thing in your hand; (3) give yourself support - music if you like to work to music, or aromatherapy, whatever. There are other tactics as well, but those are good starting points. Lauren
