Two homes sold in Prescot during Quarter 2 - 2022, one less than in the same quarter one year ago, but one more than in the First Quarter 2022.  Both listing and sale prices were up significantly year-over-year in Prescot.

Average and median days on market increased to five days from one day compared with the same quarter one year ago.

 

Home sellers received an average and median 103.2% of their asking price during the Second Quarter 2022. This compares to 106.1% in the same quarter one year ago.

 

Median and average sale prices for Prescot homes increased in Quarter 2 - 2022 compared with 2021. Both metrics are at record highs for Prescot. Average and median sale prices in the second quarter averaged $450,500, increasing from $335,000 year-over-year.

Bill Salvatore - East Valley hi Bill... well, last year there was just one sale in one day in the same quarter. This year home prices on average were up over $100,000... I think it took a bit of time for people to "swallow" that increase.

Hi Nina,

I always like to see the different amenities that the communities offer.  Having the clubhouse, pool, playground, etc. all in one area of the Prescot community is a great feature.  having hiking trails is a big plus!

On another point, in Arizona, we do our Days on Market differently. It starts on the first day on the MLS and stops on the day it closes.

Neighborhood is much less affordable these days.
