Business is part of life, and we do the best business when we make it a reflection of how we live our lives. First, and foremost, 'do unto others as you would want them to do unto you!!'   Play nicely with people, and you'll find that your name will spread like wildfire. 

There is always overlap with business and the way we live our personal lives. It's common to hear agents say they keep their personal lives and business separated. That makes sense, but the way we handle our personal lives is always interwoven with how we maneuver our business. 

We are who we are, and it radiates forcefully during the tough moments of a business transaction. Not all transactions are smoothly flowing affairs. During the bumpy times, the innermost traits of an agent are clearly visible. 

Just another quick thought for the moment.....

 ... it never really made much sense, being in the people business, to try and keep your personal life distant from your business life.  I mean you are trying your best to create new relationships, and I am sorry that includes your family, too.  One must used discretion / modesty when doing so.  BE HUMBLE!!
