Six homes sold in Quellin during Quarter 2 - 2022, four more than in the same quarter one year ago and one less than in the First Quarter 2022. Both listing and sale prices were up year-over-year, setting new records for home prices in Quellin.


Average days on market remained at two days compared with the same quarter one year ago, but decreased by three days from the First Quarter 2022. Median days on market were just two days in Quarter 2 - 2022, in Quarter 1 - 2022, and Quarter 2 -2021.


Home sellers received an average 104.9% of their asking price during the Second Quarter 2022. This compares to 105.8% in the same quarter one year ago and 106.8% in the first quarter of 2022. Median list to sale ratio in the Second Quarter 2022 was 105.6% compared with 105.8% one year ago. Quellin homes continued to sell at a premium both year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter.


Median and average sale prices for Quellin homes increased in Quarter 2 - 2022 compared with 2021. Both metrics are at record highs for Quellin. Average sale price was $754,333, up from $552,000 one year ago and from $650,900 one quarter ago. Median sale price was $781,500, up from $552,000 one year ago and from $655,5000 one quarter ago. During the Second Quarter 2022, Quellin home sale prices ranged from a low of $600,000 to a high of $850,000.
