I'll add this: if the time is right for the buyer to purchase, go for it!  The market has shifted a bit but rarely can anyone "time the market" for optimum purchase time.  Even if home prices drop some, I doubt they will drop 20, 30, 40%--home ownership is still an excellent investment!
