Apparently, a lot of people. Showings are up! Calls to see properties have been increasing. Listings are moving....a change in the market? Agents are getting sellers better prepped for the rest of the "season". I think there is still a lot of good activity that will lead to sales. It's not all doom and gloom....there is light at the end of the tunnel....and NO, it's not an oncoming train! I think that has passed. Just a thought.

Marc - I'm showing a home Friday morning - they want to see it before the weekend.

I don't like to show homes on holidays, but this one is vacant, and I don't have plans until the afternoon, so why not?

My best weekend ever Fourth of July 2001. 2001 started out awful, slowest market in years. I sold 6 homes that weekend and did $68,500 in GCI (was tough negotiating deals with agents on their boats!).
