BEE HAPPY - YOU CAN BE HAPPY TOO!

By
Real Estate Agent with DFW FINE PROPERTIES 0506509

There is a happy bee inside this sunflower. The bee appears to be happy! August in hot is Texas but the sunflower still grows and the bees keep flying. They know that when the season is hot and they have a job to do, they keep buzzing. We can sure learn a lot from nature and life experiences!

The housing market continues to be hot. My buyers found a beautiful home with a salt water pool, 3,495 square feet, five bedrooms, 3 full baths, one half bath, covered patio, great kitchen with lots of cabinets, walk-in closets, close to a very educational kids playground, near elementary and middle schools, close to shopping, restaurants, and much, much more! Closing in less than 14 days.

When the weather gets hot, serious buyers will go the distance to buy a good home. No sweat about it, I have been busy like a bee! Having a CRS Designation is a great way for others with the same designation to receive excellent referrals, especially when buyers are relocating!

Busy people know that opportunities knock at least once at everyone's door and only the procrastinators whine and lets opportunities pass them by. People who stay busy, despite weather conditions are happy! They grasp opportunities when the door is knocking! One must work like a busy bee because all the wishing doesn't help alone or spell success. To put it in other words, you must stay focused and make your own opportunities by going the distance, whether that means booking a flight, renting a car, or staying in constant communication. If the brain goes to mush, not much is going to happen. When it comes to buying and selling energy burns 24/7 and buyers must grasp golden opportunities---Patricia Feager

Speaking of the bee putting in work during the hot summer months, I always feel for those that I see having to work out in the hot sun all day long.

Congratulations to you and your buyers Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP !  It sounds like a beautiful home.   Like Texas, it's hot in Florida but the early bird gets the worm, so to speak.  Your buyers got a beautiful home because you all moved - heat or no heat.
