How?
Through Phone calls, notes, or a call on my radio show like the past Sunday when the clients called on my radio show to share our fifth anniversary of selling their beautiful farm.
Named Sycamore Farms, this had been their home since they married over sixty years ago. Such a beautiful, unusual property sitting on 34-plus acres, a grand house built in the 1800s, and the bonus was the old river cottage.
It had been on the market for years until they called me to help find the perfect new owners.
The buyers wanted to know why it did not sell with the previous lister—questioning if there were some problems with the property.
And my answer: "Until today, the right buyers had not seen it!"
Hearing from this beautiful couple whose home we sold five years ago was a treat. And sharing their story on the radio show was special for me and hopefully for the listening audience.
