Bearly Noticeable. . .
As we know, stuff of all kinds happens. And it seems to occur regularly. Spelling errors and mixed-up use of words are just two of the many examples. Such blunders may even be intentional. Perhaps it's meant to illustrate a point or maybe for some other reason. And then there are occasions when it goes unnoticed. Possibly it's not worth the effort of trying to figure out why. Such is life.
For just a moment, I consider is anyone “smarter than the average bear”? And then I turn to this quote which seems appropriate given that the dog days of August have made their presents known in many parts of our country.
It ain’t the heat, it’s the humility.
Yeah, there’s a lot of cents in those words of wisdom in my opinion. Because each day, each moment, is a gift. And continuing with that theme of value:
A nickel ain't worth a dime anymore
Although I have shared (and repeated) many quotes from Mr Berra over the years (why not, right?) here's one of my all-time favorites (and maybe one of yours too):
It's like deja-vu, all over again
Because it's Sunday. So much of life prompts pause for pondering.
