John every time I see home owners doing updates in the neighborhood I always ask are you planning on selling?:)) funny part is home owners should do updates for their own likes and comforts not when they are ready to sell. On a side note look forward to see you with the Brian England  coordinated lunch:)Endre

I agree with Endre Barath, Jr. people should do renovations to their homes when they want to for themselves, not just when it comes time to sell.

Good morning John. Like your list. Would not do any of them at any time much less at the time of sale. Enjoy your day.

Hello John, thanks for sharing. So basically avoid touching kitchen. I agree with Endre and Brian that renovations should be only for the owner enjoyment.
