Orlando Real Estate is ranked among the top 20 cities in the entire United States for the sale of new homes.
According to the National Association of Home Builders, new house building is up 8.6 percent year on year, with Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa among the top 20 U.S. metropolitan areas for current sales.
Because of a limited supply, low mortgage interest rates, and the capacity to work from home, more vendors are considering homebuilding during the global epidemic, and single-family home building has exceeded the threshold level since spring 2007 – an increase of 8.6 percent from a year earlier, as per the Commerce Department.
According to the New Home Pending Sales Indexes, which analyzes the series of innovative sales contracts signed worldwide in October, the best-performing new-home markets were Raleigh, North Carolina; Denver; and Jacksonville, Florida.
The local economies of Denver and Jacksonville exceed the national average.
