Some Highlights

  • Many people remember the housing crash in 2008, but experts say today’s market is fundamentally different in many ways.
  • First, there isn’t an oversupply of homes for sale today. Plus, lending standards are much tighter, and homeowners have record levels of equity. That means signs say there won’t be a wave of foreclosures like the last time.
  • If you have questions about the housing market, let’s connect.

The local jobs are plentiful. People have pick and play.  Flag man, road construction crew flip stop and slow traffic signs makes $138 an hour under the tree listened to ipod.

$450k/year with benefits running servers for crypto trading. Both do not need a college degree.

Interest rate on high fives are not scary.  A young couple are looking at a 3/1 1100 sf modest  1960 home with a 5K price improvement, asking price is only a $2,1000,000. Who does not have 420,000 savings in Silicon Valley?  Sold 1 week with 5 offers. Close to a fixer upper with plane noise. SFO path. Who cares?

Why experts don't know what they're talking about, even though they think they do:

1. Experts don't have kitchen table talks with distressed homeowners.

2. Experts didn't have kitchen table talks with distressed homeowners in 2007 when the last crisis was hatched.

3. They can't compare today's crisis to the 2007 crisis because they don't understand either.

4. Experts in academia are blinded by their need to make their political false idols look good and to spread misinformation to cover up the failures of their political ideology.

5. Talking head experts in the media are also blinded by their need to make their political false idols look good and to spread misinformation to cover up the failures of their political ideology.

6. Talking head experts and experts in academia do not let facts and data get in the way of their ideological mission.

7. Experts can say whatever they want and not be held accountable for false prophecies or for misunderstanding the past.

Pp always need a place to live..what I see is an eventual migration inland as climate change decimates the coasts.

Sounds about right.  Inventory is starting to increase in our area, and rates have risen and then came down a bit, and buyers are hesitant.
