When people ask me about the housing demand in The Villages, Florida and wondering if interest rates or other factors are changing demand I have a standard answer. Many people have a date circled on the calendar when they want to move to The Villages. It would take a very good reason why that would not happen like maybe health or family. They visit, research, maybe rent for a few weeks or months and go home and decide that’s it they are coming.
I hear from buyers telling me in 12 or maybe 18 months they will be here and start the education of The Villages.
