It is Sunday 😎

They say things come in threes, and over the last couple of weeks, there have been three deaths.    One was an elderly mom, but the other two were from cancer and were younger.     OK, enough of not, no more deaths!

 

My relo buyers and I found a home this week that was PERFECT.   It had been on the market for 3 weeks, and had just dropped the price into their price range.    Sure enough, there was another offer, and the other buyers offered the original price.   They wrote a back-up offer, so we shall see.   The listing agent said she had a feeling something will happen, but could not elaborate.   Back to every evening looking at homes!

 

 Almost had a hiccup in a transaction, my Buyer informed me that he had to leave the Country and get his VISA renewed.   He hoped he would be back to close on his property.   WHEW, it was renewed.   Had not run across that before!

 

Now, to get two transactions closed, get my Buyers pending, and get packed to go on vacation!
