As Summer winds down, the Real Estate market continues to change. Sales are slowing, inventory has increased slightly and Interest rates fell again slightly. Prices have leveled off but remain string. Condition and location are affecting values largely. The amount of time a home is staying on the market is increasing. Homes are not automatically selling just because they are put on the market.
 
Consumer complaints and stress are up. You as a consumer have a choice. Not all agents are created the same. Experience matters more than ever as the market changes. Knowing what to expect next. Knowing how to approach these changes. Knowing how to better guide you as a buyer or seller through these changes matters and comes with experience. Many would be BUYERS think interest rates are making a new home purchase out of reach and that is just not so.
