Much depends on location - how close you wish to be to town, etc. but whether a home has actual facilities weighs heavily as well.
At the link, I share (at time of print) 40 horse properties that have at least 2 acres and are no more than 1M$.
Prices ranch from $299K to 1M, with the average price resting around $740,000. Most are one story, and most do not have pools, although there are a few.
These ranches have been on the market for an average of 56 days in all, giving you a BIT of time to look thank goodness. However I must warn you that move-in ready homes, ranches or otherwise, still snap up pretty quickly if they are priced right.
