Hi Dorie - I remember some of those.  Those are fun trivia facts.

I did not remember that Hawaii became a state on my birthday.

I remember when Pluto was reclassified Dorie. Kept thinking what about all we learned in school!

I almost lost an eye t those blinds when  pulled the cord as a kid and it wasn't fastened in properly and came down on my head

Hi Dorie and thank you for these. I would not have guessed that Venetian blinds were invented that long ago!!!

Dorie again I learned several new things.  Also I would have expected the first oil well to have been drilled in TX, and not PA.

Lil Pluto is the sand kicker of the zodiac.  After a couple decades in Capricorn, where its influence has kicked the foundations of governments, religions, and banking, it will move into the sign of Aquarius on March 24th next year.  It's likely to change our perception of things, and chisel through a little mental concrete.  It will go retrograde and return to Capricorn for a spell in July.  However, the following July it will again go direct into the sign of Aquarius and stay in earnest.  I'm hopeful the little planets influence will subdue some of the chaos we are going through.
