Questions
1. We all go on vacation to get away from it all and have a great time, but I want to know, what vacation day was your worst?
My worst vacation day was when we were visiting friends in New Orleans and my husband fell and broke some ribs. We were unable to fly home, so I had to drive us all the way home to California in a rental car with no cd player. It really was a miserable trip! Ha!
2. What would be your bucket list vacation or, if you have already taken it, tell us about it? Pictures encouraged.
Italy had been on my bucket list and we were able to enjoy a spectacular trip back in 2017. Next up is a golf trip to Pebble Beach. I have played many places and courses- but never Pebble Beach!
3. If your ActiveRain friends were to visit you, would you prepare dinner for them or would you take them to the best pizza joint in town? What would you make or where would you go?
Many of you know I love to cook and entertain! I would definitely make them dinner at Casa Schowe- and one of my specialties is Egg Raviolo!
4. We all know that Canadian bacon and pineapple are the best toppings for any pizza. If you can’t have those toppings on your pizza, what would you choose? 
I love home-made Italian Sausage and a balsamic glaze on pizza!
5. What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
I make a Dulce-de-Leche Straciatella ice cream that is to die for!
6. What is your beverage of choice with dinner; beer, wine, iced tea, a cocktail, or …..? 
For a cocktail... I love an Aperol Spritz apertivo! On most nights I have Kombucha !
7. Do you prefer going to a concert, the theater, or a big sporting event? Who or what would you be watching?
I love sports and music, but I really prefer to stay home!
8. There are so many great festivals across the country. Is there a special one in your area? Pictures are encouraged.
The Coachella Valley is famous for it's festivals-- especially Coachellafest and Stagecoach festival. I have been to Stagecoach several times and it is quite an event!
9. What is your greatest sporting accomplishment, hitting a hole in one, bowling a perfect game, hitting the game winning shot, etc.? If you do not enjoy athletics, what is your greatest accomplishment?
Many of you know I am a former professional golfer- I played college golf at Texas Tech and mini-tour for 8 years. I've had 6 hole-in-ones!
10. Are you a pet person? If so, names and pictures are a must!
Of course! We have 3 kittys... Maverick, Tonto, and Amigo! Here is their portrait I did a few years ago!
11. What is your favorite thing to collect, or do you prefer to keep things simple and clutter free? Or what is your decorating style?
I love hacienda style and collect talavera! 
12. What job did you have just prior to making the switch to real estate and has it helped you in your real estate career? (Courtesy of Jeff Dowler, CRS)
As I mentioned before- I am a former professional golfer. It has helped me immensely in my real estate business. A great subject for another blog- thanks Jeff Dowler, CRS !

I write for my clients, friends, and especially for my AR community!
14. What makes you the real estate agent of choice in your area?
I live, work, and play in my neighborhood... I have been here over 20 years and absolutely love it. It is easy to sell something you believe in so strongly!
15. What is the most outrageous action that a client has ever asked you to perform?
Oh boy... Cleaning up dog poo before a showing. We've all been there, right?
16. We show a lot of homes in our profession. What is the most interesting home or, item in a home, that you have encountered?
I showed the Andy Williams home in our neighborhood and his Grammy's were in his office. Pretty cool!
17. What are your three favorite neighborhoods in your area and what makes them special? Are you lucky enough to live in one of those neighborhoods?
All of them are nearby- La Quinta Country Club Golf Estates, The Enclave Mountain Estates, and the Tradition Golf Club. We live in LQCC Golf Estates!

19. What is your favorite volunteer work or charity?
Because I am a cat and animal lover- my favorite charity is a local cat rescue called Pretty Good Cat! ( I love the name too! ) We have adopted all of our cats there.
20. What does the flag represent to you?
The flag represents my gratitude for the country we live in! We display it proudly in front of our home!
21. When we discuss life, my dad always says he is not sure what he would like to be when he grows up. He is 77! What do you want to be when you grow up or are you already in your perfect profession?
I have become a few new things in the last few years besides a Realtor- I am a cook and cookbook author, and artist. I look forward to many more creative and interesting avenues in the future!
