Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 22, as compared to 18 last month. Fifteen are pre-owned and 7 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:
- 7 single family homes (ranging in price from $330,000 - $1,350,000)
- 1 half-duplex ($400,000)
- 2 condos ($250,000 - $401,999)
- 12 townhomes ($481,000 - $1,350,000)
Thirteen of the 22 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. In this market, it probably means they are overpriced or are incomplete new construction. Two of these available properties are townhomes that are very close to the DART Rail Line that is under construction nearby, and 7 are incomplete new construction.
