FHA 203k Ely Nevada

Wow, I just was driving through Ely Nevada for the past two days and saw maybe 250+ properties that would be perfect for 203k renovations.I'm wondering if all the FHA lenders in White Pine County, NV are asleep at the wheel or just not up to speed on the amount of business this could bring to their businesses. I was just on the main roads and didn't drive every block. What I'm saying is that there is more likely about 1,000+ potential loans in town.

I'm thinking they are just now up to speed on the FHA loan products like the Limited 203k or the Standard 203k and if not they likely don't also know of the FNMA alternative HomeStyle® Renovation Mortgage which is a conventional product that mimics the FHA product and has the potential of no PMI.
