15 Year Look at the El Dorado Hills RE Market

It's been a while since I've done a post on looking back at our market but with all the concern that we are heading into a market like the catastrophic market of 2007 and 2008, I thought it was time.   Keep in mind that these numbers do not include new construction listings unless they have been listed on the MLS.
