Avoid Foreclosure with a Short Sale Certified Real Estate Broker!
A short sale is your bank agreeing to sell your home without foreclosing, settling for less than what you may owe. You will not make any proceeds on the sale, but you will be allowed to stay in the home during the selling process.

- Are you having difficulty making your mortgage?
- Are you behind on your mortgage?
- Have you received a 21 day foreclosure letter?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, I can help! I am Short Sale & Foreclosure Certified real estate broker. I have helped many families avoid foreclosure & keep a foreclosure off of their credit report.
How it works:
I meet you at your home & discuss your situation with you confidentially.
I will need your mortgage lender information, bank statements, job information & the reasons you are interested in selling your home before a foreclosure notice is sent.
I will do a market analysis of your home & speak with your lender about selling your home in lieu of foreclosure. If the lender agrees the home goes on the market at the lenders suggested selling price.
Typically it will take the lender awhile to make a determination of the sale once they receive a contract offer from a buyer. This could take 30-120 days. As stated, you can stay in the home until the closing occurs.
