Overview
In.habitance is Silverthorne’s newest mixed use development located in Silverthorne Colorado’s 4th Street town core. The project is being developed by Milender White which is the same developer as Fourth Street Crossing.
This new Silverthorne Real Estate project will include four 3-story buildings that will offer 72 condo residences. Condos will be made up of 1 to 3 bedroom residences. Of the new condos, 139 beds will be for workforce housing.
In addition to the residences, the project will include 11,185 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, a 111 room hotel, and a 196 stall parking structure with a 65-foot outdoor climbing wall.
Location
In.habitance will be located north of Interstate 70 on the west side of Blue River Parkway between 4th and 6th Streets. The new project will be located within 45 minutes of seven major ski resorts and next to the Silverthorne Transit Hub.
Workforce Housing
This new project directly addresses Summit County’s workforce housing difficulties. 60% of the bedrooms in this new development will be lowered to a rate that is 60% of the median income for the area. This restriction means that 60% of the bedrooms will be reserved for locals, working in the county for at least 30+ hours a week.
