  • There was 230 less Single Family sales in 2022 than in 2021.
  • The average Sales price for Single Family homes is $69,073 (17%) more in 2022 than 2021.
 
  • There was 99 less Condo sales in 2022 than in 2021.
  • The average Sales price for Condominiums is $30,400 (11.4%) more in 2022 than 2021.
 
SUMMARY: The sharp rise in interest rates in July smothered the booming market and nearly all but stopped most August Closings. September saw a sharp rise in new listings and pending sales. The "Fall Market" has been strong despite interest rates. The amount of people asking about selling their home and what we may see in the next year sky rocketed. By far now could be the best time to sell for homeowners. In a normal market the fall market seems to end not long after Halloween.
 
Most shocking to most is values have still increased this year very sharply even though sales have dropped sharply.
