September 22nd Mortgage Market Wrap-up 14

Mortgage backed securities closed down 112 basis points today having closed 627 points below the 200 day moving average. The conforming rate is at 6.375% today.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 5.75% with no points!. Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S., history tells us it is time to refinance!!
