Mark - that is right.  I remember a rope climb that I absolute would not give up until I got to the top.  I felt great.

Hello Mark - the quote brings forth many more thoughts.  And that's the magic that words continue to bring.  When they combine with action, mysteries can be uncovered, maybe mayhem too and more mindfulness may occur.  

Mark, we can be our own stumbling block on occastion.   We need to keep out of our own way!

I am always working on myself, self improvement is a way to improve my life and my responses to what happens in my life. Love the quote.

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho - I agree. I sure do miss my mountain climbing days when I pushed myself to the limit to get to the top. It was exhilarating. I always went solo and knew deep inside, I had no one else to lean on for support and the only one I could count on to get to the top and get back down safely, was me. I miss those days but I can pat myself on the back now for doing it when I was able. 

Those are some words to live by and think about. Thank you Mark 🙂
