The average days on market for Single Family homes currently listed rose from 9 to 38 days here in the Manchester NH area where. The average days on market for Condominium's currently listed rose from 12 to 29 days. The good news, is the amount of both Single Families and condos going under contract last week, remained steady and strong.
The amount of new Single Family home listings that are coming on the market remained steady. The amount of new Condominium listings coming on the market rose once again.
Interest rates rose sharply, however there are several options for buyers to get lower rates. Let us explain "rate buy downs", FHA, VA, NH Housing and Adjustable rates and how they could benefit you. We can assist you to get pre qualified at no charge with a local and trusted loan officer.
The "Fall Market" has been very strong despite interest rates. There was a sharp increase in home owners inquiring if they should sell or not. What will happen to prices?
