The Reid House is a 10-story luxury high-rise on Peachtree Street at the corner of 16th Street and Peachtree in Midtown. This Neel Reid designed building was completed in 1924 is on the register of historic landmarks in Atlanta. This building was originally known as the Garrison Apartments and these 40 luxury units were later converted to condominium homes. This stately building was meticulously renovated with the original architecture and finishes in mind.
