Look at these happy faces! Their forever home was finally completed with Sitterle Homes in Clear Water Ranch in Liberty Hills! We went under contract in March of 2021 but due to COVID, supply change issues and labor shortages it took longer than anticipated! They are closed and ready to move into their gorgeous single story, on an acre! |
This is the fourth transaction I've completed with this wonderful couple. I sold their home in Canyon Creek in spring of 2021 (I sold it to them in 2010) and it was the best decision as I don’t think we’d get the same price today. I wrote a post last week on Trusting the Process and that is what we had to do to stay sane during construction. Congratulations David and Cathy..it was truly a pleasure to work with and for you!
