A Mirror Image of Fall

I love it when I get an opportunity like this as it doesn't happen enough for two reasons.

1) We don't have a lot of water around us.

2) We seldom have windless days.

I have already published one or two Fall picture posts so I promise these 4 will be the last and the best.

All photographs, including the one above were taken within Minot's City limits.

Bob "RealMan" Timm  I am sure George Souto  will appreciate these photos. Here in Los Angeles we are just thrilled that we had two out of three days that were cool... in the low 70's instead of A/C weather:)Endre

Good morning, Bob... you've beautifully captured the glorious colors of fall! And I always love pictures with water reflecting what's above it.

Good Tuesday morning, Bob. Thanks for sharing your photographs.

Enjoy the colors of the season.

We have a chilly and rainy day in Maryland.

Thank you Kathy Streib I really do appreciate the beauty of the Fall season, I especially get excited when there are red maple leaves to be seen. Unfortunately they are not many in Minot.

That was/is my favorite as well Jim Patton . That old riverbed is part of the original Mouse River but after a flood management program in the past it is now part of a "dead loop". While that sounds negative the dead loops harbor a lot of habitat for deer and other wildlife.

Cool is okay with me Endre Barath, Jr. but Fall is a stark reminder to me that COLD will be the prevailing word before long and for far to long 😐.

Me too Nina Hollander, Broker , those pictures often seem so surrealistic. That being said I assure you and others that my pictures are raw of the digital image and not enhanced in any way.

Thank you Roy Kelley . You have been a strong influence on me taking photo walks and just looking for photo opportunities in general.

Bob "RealMan" Timm trees are starting to turn quickly around here, and soon they will lose all their leaves until next Spring.

It almost seems to be over night doesn't it George Souto ? For about a week I'd see a very small patch on a tree and then BOOM every tree turned color with-in a week.
