We are seeing more homes sell for under asking price now. We are also seeing more buyers asking for credits for closing costs and getting them! This is a huge change from earlier in the year were nearly every home had multiple offers and sold for over asking price.

The market is definitely changing! It wasn't long ago that almost every home sold for over asking price and with multiple offers. Rising interest rates are slowing things down.
