There are plenty of website solutions available to the average Real Estate broker and agent these days. Choosing a provider can really be difficult. I have selected 3 items that I view as an immense first step in selecting a Website for your Real Estate SEO.

1. In a time where content is king, if your site doesn't use mls data (IDX) and have it integrated into the website, you better find a provider that does. Some solutions link a different domain, others just frame in a search from the mls software provider. Use Real Estate Websites that maximize this content on your domain, not theirs.

2. If you are a broker, finding a solution that allows your agents to update profiles and link their own websites to yours is key. You don't have resources to edit every profile using time from your administrative staff. A secondary goal for brokers is to offer a Real Estate Agent Website provider to your agents, this way you can minimize the amount of cheap looking and functioning websites and protect the integrity of your brand name and the image or your company all while ensuring backlinks from those sites. This will help build relevancy for both sites in your local market using key words in the search engines about real estate in your market.

3. Today's third requirement is the ability to actually optimize your website. Without the ability to name your pages, edit your page title and add descriptions in the meta tags for your site, you will not be able to provide the actual relevancy of a specific page to a specific topic.
