Great point, Beth... home sellers know what the market is today but no one can predict what will happen a year from now, maybe even six months from now. I had a number of sellers who pushed up their selling timelines to late summer/early fall this year rather than wait till early next year. Today, they are happy they did so.

Hi Beth - that is the age old comment.  I should have.  You can't change the past but anyone who buys today will be glad they did later on.  I bought in Port Saint Lucie in 2017.  It was certainly not market bottom but now it is the best thing I have done in awhile.
