Hi Dorie- I love neighborhood garage sales...it makes so much sense. And yes, now is the time to decides what you want to part with!!!   And...it makes way for more fun stuff. 

Hello Dorie - as a longtime follower of yours, I have read notices of this seasonal Canyon Crest neighborhood event many times.  It is likely once again going to attract a lot of attention.  Good luck to all who are participating.

Good morning Dorie - it is nice to see that these sales are effective in your area.  We have tried it in our cul du sac with little success.  Maybe not a big enough area.

I know a lot of people love garage sale hunting. For anyone in your area, this is the weekend to shop!

I have often thought that going through a community garage sale would be a great way to pick up staging materials but I have never done it, haha.

Good morning, Dore... my neighborhood had one these last Saturday... for the first time in the 16 years I've lived here I didn't see much participation by homeowners or buyers. We always used to have this in the spring. I wonder if the change in seasons caused the lack of interest.
