I've prepared the table below to show residential sales in the Town of Riverview reported through the Moncton Real Estate Board Multiple Listing Service® .

These statistics point to a Riverview real estate market that so far is almost identical to last year except for the decrease in the # of Sales and the increase in the Average Sale Price. These figures include both existing and new construction.

In the Town of Riverview there are currently 94 detached, 17 semi-detached and 39 condominium properties listed for sale on MLS® .
