Light It Up!!

To sell your home for top dollar, you need to light it up!  Not just a little, but a lot!

Before showing your home to any buyer, make sure you have the electric power turned on and working.   Replace any/all lights that are burned out, dimmed, flickering, or yellowed.  You want even and bright light. If it’s not the bulb, and it’s not lighting, get it fixed as soon as possible.

Yes, light your home brightly!  When the lookers are coming, turn on all the lights - kitchen, bedrooms, closets, hallways, bathrooms, garage, table lamps, everywhere. 

Open the patio shades and all window coverings.  Let the light in from outside.  The interior colors and decor show better with lots of light.

Make your home very visible.  This is also a vital step to take prior to having photos of your home taken for your selling.  Photos with poor or uneven, improper light do not give the best impression for the top dollar sale.

You do want top dollar, right?
