Reflections in Conway SC is a newer natural gas community located near Carolina Forest. This neighborhood is located just off Rt. 90 and just a few minutes from downtown Conway. The on site amenities offered in Reflections are a pool, fitness room, covered lounge area and fire pit. The homesites are centered around an 18-acre pond and lot sizes average 1/3 acre. The HOA fees are $90 per month. Reflections offers large home sites, many with water or preserve views. There are currently new home builders to choose from and prices start in the $300’s.
