October 20th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 14

Mortgage backed securities closed down 59 basis points today at 95.12 having closed 815 points below the 200 day moving average. The conforming rate is at 6.375% today.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling! The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 5.75% with no points!.
