Then I help my clients understand the current market, it's possible direction, and all of their options. If they'd like to improve their rating, and improve their odds of a successful profitable sale, I'll prepare a custom to-do list and timeline.
In this case, one seller was handy and had a flexible schedule and the other was an artist. Working as a team, we got this place up to a great score! When we're able to get 2 offers, and sell at asking price despite the market changing, I'm reminded this is my calling.
