The myths are endless!  Thank you for shining a light (dispelling) the facts!

So true!  Your responses speak volumes about the housing industry, realtors, and affiliates.  Reporters get a lot of things wrong and their sources aren't always credible.  The large % decline in the market is bunk, as you know!  Love "leveraged appreciation!"  Spot on with 800 - 1500 sq ft homes for affordability, at least get someone into a home to start the path of having equity.  Couldn't agree more with people saying the housing market is going to crash based on the past housing recession.  Facts don't seem to matter!
