I drive a lot of miles, and I like to keep a "healthy" snack in the car so I don't get too hungry and make bad food decisions ( Chicago Style hot dogs with sport peppers, relish, a garlic dill, and celery salt are my kryptonite) So I keep within an arms reach a selection of Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios , and mixed nuts.
