You may remember I wrote a post last August “Going For it.” Well our contingent offer worked and we are closed and funded!
Today’s market is challenging, but as I explained to my buyers last August, it’s also an opportunity. After finding the perfect property, under construction, on 10+ acres (now they can stop boarding their horses) we decided it was worth going for it.
The fly in the ointment was they need to sell their gorgeous home in Canyon Creek in order to buy. After the seller accepted their buyers offer they went all out to ready their home to be presented to the current audience of buyers! I knew with the right photography, marketing and my expertise in the community I could make it happen. We closed their home in Canyon Creek on Wednesday and just closed on their forever home! It was a stair step of closings but in today’s market I can make it happen!
Buyers have so many opportunities out there. If you are sitting on the fence, what are you waiting for? You have more homes to choose from and sellers are more negotiable...the perfect combination to secure a home!
