Real Estate Agent with Tri-Cities Real Estate retired

Well yesterday am was filled with meetings.  2 hours owners meeting where we decided to offer our agents two choices ownership or the current split system whichever is right for them individually.  There were several other options discussed but we agreed on these two.  We'll all vote next week on whether we keep our franchise or not.  Seems to be leaning toward keeping it. Meanwhile back in the business of making money - two new lisitngs to input today, nagging aqbout a closing and nagging a lender on another deal are also ahead of me.  I have worked with enough lousy lenders lately to be glad for the shakeout that is happening in that world.  I am beginning to be less inclined to accept my clients choice of lender.  I have known since my third year in real estate that half the battle of selling a house is getting the right lender for the client.  Julie Beck, Sabrina Escobedo, Curtis Mangus and Bill Zimmerman are good lenders in our area of SW Idaho and E Oregon.  If it can be done  they can do it.

Hi!  I was a little concerned when you spoke  about  "lousy lenders"  I hope that you have not had too many bad experiences!!!  I have known a few lousy lenders myself, and I am part of that world!!  I am happy to report that I am an honest, knowledgable, hardworking lender.  I take pride in my honesty and taking great care to educate the potential client in order to get them the best loan program for them.  If I can't honestly find them a program that is beneficial then I will tell them so. I specialize in FHA/VA loans with fixed rates and I am very proud of my services!!  Just another professional putting in their two cents!!  Take care!!

bryan I checked out your profile and you are NOT in the category of "lousy lender" .  Those people are the ones who don't get back to you, who lie about approvals, who blame others when it is their fault, who don't really understand what they are doing and should leave the business to those who do.
