Wordless Wednesday Litchfield County in CT is Past Peak With Colors

Spring will bring some color back, thankfully, Ed. I am not excited about winter but must tolerate it to get to better weather!

Your Litchfield County progression of colors is magnificent, Ed.  I continue to wait any change of color here in Sacramento.

Good morning, Ed... those colors always make me stop and take a second look. So beautiful. But even without leaves, the scenery is quite lovely.

Ed, beautiful colors, and we had severe wind Sunday, which took most of our leaves.

It is beautiful whilst it lasts and then gone. We had a beautiful sunrise this morning with the sun reflecting off the trees.

Your photos certainly tell the whole story and I love seeing these progressions, so nice!

Ed the wind and rain earlier this week caused many of the trees around here to lose their leaves.  There are some trees with leaves, but I agree with you that even those will most likely be gone in another week or two.
