Housing market prices seeing downward pressure but buyer activity is still robust in North East Florida. Home sellers are beginning to realize the hot market of the past couple of years has cooled and for many, who still need to sell a house, will need to be more realistic on pricing.

Rates are up, inflation increasing, and buyers and sellers are not sure what to do. Like you, I have seen every kind of market -- in real estate since 1994 -- and I agree, everyday is a day to buy and/or sell in real estate. Just depends on your motivation.
